With roughness and grace - like a steam engine moving through a mountain tunnel. The works of William M. Duffy continue a long line of marrying the sculpted with the divine, pulling techniques from Michelangelo and traditional craft cultures. Beyond an art historical legacy, Duffy is a good-samaritan of the eye and the heart, crafting deeply personal pieces, regardless of medium that shape the viewer as much as the form itself.
